ZDCF-9自動(dong)氟(fu)離子測定儀

一、產品特(te)點：主(zhu)要用于測(ce)定煤(mei)中氟的測(ce)定，根(gen)據GB/T4633利用高(gao)溫(wen)燃燒(shao)水解——氟(fu)離子選擇性(xing)電(dian)極法測定煤(mei)中總氟(fu)量，可供煤(mei)炭、電(dian)力(li)、冶金(jin)和(he)地質勘探(tan)等部門(men)的實驗室使用。

I. Product characteristics: Mainly used to determine the fluorine in the coal. It determines the total fluorine in the coal by using the high temperature combustion hydrolyzing--fluoride ion selective electrode method in the national standard GB/T4633, and can be used by the laboratories of coal, power, metallurgy and geological prospecting sectors, etc.

1、本儀器(qi)集控(kong)溫、攪拌(ban)及(ji)蒸(zheng)汽量(liang)控(kong)制(zhi)于一體(ti)，微電(dian)腦蒸(zheng)汽多(duo)段控(kong)溫，穩定(ding)性高(gao)，體(ti)積小(xiao)，小(xiao)功(gong)率耗電(dian)量(liang)小(xiao)，測定(ding)精度高(gao)是目前實(shi)驗室理想的(de)氟含量(liang)測定(ding)儀器(qi)。

1. The meter integrates temperature control, mixing and steam amount control, with microcomputer for steam multi-stage temperature control, leading to high stability, small volume, small power consumption due to the small power and high determination accuracy, being an ideal fluorine content meter for the laboratories at present.

本儀(yi)器(qi)采用(yong)連續自動電子控(kong)(kong)溫(wen)，實時控(kong)(kong)制升溫(wen)電流，溫(wen)度(du)控(kong)(kong)制精(jing)確(que)。

The meter uses the continuous automatic electronic temperature control, and controls the current for temperature rise in real time, resulting in accurate temperature control.

2、本儀器在一代設備的基礎(chu)上(shang)，改進了送樣(yang)(yang)(yang)裝置，由(you)人(ren)工送樣(yang)(yang)(yang)改為(wei)連續自(zi)動送樣(yang)(yang)(yang)，避免了人(ren)工送樣(yang)(yang)(yang)，異徑管爆燃(ran)易裂的弊端。

2. The sample presentation device of the meter is improved on the basis of the first-generation equipment: changed from manual sample presentation to continuous automatic sample presentation, to avoid the disadvantage of deflagration and easy crack of the reducing pipe during manual sample presentation.

3、送樣更加(jia)穩定連續性強，送樣時間精準，提高了檢驗結果的精確度(du)，簡化了實驗人(ren)員(yuan)的操作程(cheng)序。

3. The sample presentation is more stable and has a strong continuity, and the sample presentation time is accurate, which increases the accuracy of the inspection result and simplifies the operating procedures of the experimenter.

4、采用單(dan)管式高溫爐為燃(ran)燒爐，長壽命硅碳管加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器件，克服了雙管長時間加(jia)(jia)熱(re)導致異徑管變(bian)(bian)形，溫度(du)改變(bian)(bian)相互(hu)產生(sheng)影響，造成檢測樣(yang)品的準(zhun)確度(du)誤差增大、降低(di)精度(du)的缺點。

4. It uses single high-temperature tubular furnace as the combustion furnace and the long-life silicon-carbon tube heating element, to overcome the shortcomings that long-time heating by both tubular furnaces results in deformation of the reducing pipe, and temperature change generates mutual influence resulting in increase of the accuracy error and reduction of the accuracy of the tested samples.

5、本儀(yi)器操作集中、簡(jian)單，容易控制(zhi)避免了(le)以前(qian)兩支石英(ying)異徑管所處位置不同，工(gong)作人(ren)員調試設備時費(fei)事、費(fei)時的情(qing)況(kuang)。

5. The meter offers centralized and simple operations and is easy to control, to avoid the previous situation that the two quartz reducing pipes were in different positions thus it took trouble and time for the staff to debug the equipment.

6、外填充鋁(lv)和(he)硅酸鋁(lv)保溫棉以起(qi)到(dao)良好的(de)保溫性能和(he)充分長(chang)度的(de)恒溫區。

6. Aluminum and aluminum silicate insulation cotton is filled externally to offer good thermal insulation performance and a constant temperature zone in a sufficient length.

7、本(ben)儀(yi)器采用(yong)微電腦控制，觸(chu)摸液(ye)晶(jing)顯示(shi)(shi)屏，顯示(shi)(shi)更直觀，數據存(cun)儲量大，可自行編輯程序。

7. The meter is controlled by a microcomputer, with a touch LCD for more intuitive display, and can store a large amount of data and be programmed.

8、  輸(shu)入檢測數據(ju)可以自動(dong)換算(suan)結(jie)果(guo)，無(wu)需(xu)人工計(ji)算(suan)，數據(ju)保存，查(cha)詢方便簡潔(jie)，信(xin)息集中，明(ming)確，一目了然(ran)。

8. The test data entered can be automatically converted to the results, requiring no manual calculation; the data storage and query are convenient and simple, and the information is centralized and clear at a glance.
